This was a fun exercise: I had been working with clients in the East Bay to update their kitchen. After all the dust settled from construction they still were unable to make a decision on the tile for the backsplash. It was a really just a difference in what each of them wanted the look to be. I provided another round of tile ideas from the images below, and they happily settled on a selection (the Oceanside Glasstile in the lower left corner). Gorgeous!
After such a good time tile shopping for my clients last week, we were able to look at the options together last night. And I couldn’t be more excited about the gorgeous choices: handcrafted tile from Walker Zanger with such variation it brings to mind shimmering water; “Eggshell” Caeasarstone counters; and for the lower cabinets, Benjamin Moore’s Knoxville Gray, a rich and timeless color that will bring wonderful visual interest to the completed design. I can’t wait for this to be installed!
