Every bathroom deserves to be loved and beautiful! This poor bath had been neglected for years. Although there had been some minor cosmetic work done, an abandoned vent shaft, a poorly placed tub, and a toilet literally down the hall were doing it no favors. And while it’s an average sized bathroom by San Francisco standards, there was absolutely no storage. None!
By reclaiming the unused space and reconfiguring the layout, not only did the clients get all they wanted (including a toilet in the bathroom) there is now more than enough storage for a family of four! With the layout in place, stunning walnut cabinetry adds warmth and a custom tile blend on the floor from #fireclaytile pops with visual interest but doesn’t overwhelm. The final touch is a niche at tub height for the clients’ children.
Finally this bathroom has personality!
